    You can choose from a variety of shipping options. Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of your order and the shipping method you choose. Check the table for details.

    Rates may change

    We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods) and P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only). Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time.

    3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing

    • Orders received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
    • Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

    Weekend delivery
    Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

    Alaska and Hawaii
    Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

    Default shipping address

    Your default shipping address is the one used on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can change your shipping address by clicking the Select a Different Address drop-down list. Choose another address, or select Add a New Address.

    You can change your shipping address at any time in the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account. You can add, delete, or edit any of your shipping addresses. Changes you make will not affect orders you have already placed.

    How do I return something to aromaSedona.com?

    Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of it for a refund.

    Before you return a nonprescription item, please send an e-mail to Customer Care at returns@aromasedona.com. We may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

    • Damage
    • Incorrect item shipped
    • Dissatisfaction (please explain)
    • Other (please explain)

    A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item.
